• The opening of the 24 heures du livre will be an opportunity togive a book to the C.P. pupils of Le Chambon-sur-Lignon. The municipality is offering Claire Cantais’s album “Ton cœur bat au rythme de la terre” (Your heart beats to the rhythm of the earth). A wonderful gesture!
• The evening continues at 5.30pm in the Salle de la Gare with a talk by Sophie Demange about her novel “Les Bouchères”, published by L’Iconoclaste.
• At 7.30pm, the official opening of this 11th edition takes place at the Town Hall, with the presentation of the Sophie Demange First Novel Prize, followed by an appetising dinner.

• Meeting with Denis Infante to discuss his book “Rousse ou “Les beaux habitants de l’univers”, published by Tristram. At 3.30pm, salle de la gare.
• Meeting with Corinne Royer about her book “Ceux du lac”, in the company of Mireille Paolini, literary director at Editions du Seuil . At 5.30pm at the Espace d’art contemporain Les Roches.
• Musical reading of Jack London “La ruée vers Jack” in partnership with Calibert en Scène Voice of Marc Roger and Terry Brisack, blue and country. Bookings at the Haut-Lignon Tourist Office.

Meet Grégory Buchert to discuss his book “Malakoff”, published by Gallimard, Verticales collection. Grégory Buchert is a visual artist and writer who lives and works in Lille. His work has been shown at the Centre Pompidou, the Musée d’art moderne et contemporain in Strasbourg and the Musée d’Orangerie. Malakoff is his first novel, which he will be presenting at theEspace d’art contemporain Les Roches! at the home of visual artists Arlette and Marc Simon.
