- The opening of the 24 heures du livre will be an opportunity togive a book to the C.P. pupils of Le Chambon-sur-Lignon. The municipality is offering Claire Cantais’s album “Ton cœur bat au rythme de la terre” (Your heart beats to the rhythm of the earth). A wonderful gesture!
- The evening continues at 5.30pm in the Salle de la Gare with a talk by Sophie Demange about her novel “Les Bouchères”, published by L’Iconoclaste.
- At 7.30pm, the official opening of this 11th edition takes place at the Town Hall, with the presentation of the Sophie Demange First Novel Prize, followed by an appetising dinner.

Meet Grégory Buchert to discuss his book “Malakoff”, published by Gallimard, Verticales collection. Grégory Buchert is a visual artist and writer who lives and works in Lille. His work has been shown at the Centre Pompidou, the Musée d’art moderne et contemporain in Strasbourg and the Musée d’Orangerie. Malakoff is his first novel, which he will be presenting at theEspace d’art contemporain Les Roches! at the home of visual artists Arlette and Marc Simon.
